Dye Management Group, Inc. was founded in 1990 by William D. Dye, a former state budget and planning director, in order to address the growing needs of government agencies for technical analysis that supports management and policy making decisions.

At the firm’s onset, a consultant team was recruited who possessed two fundamental qualities: preeminent management perspective and strong technical skills. Today those characteristics are more important than ever as we strive to provide clients with creative solutions to meet their management goals and policy objectives.
