William D. Dye – President

Mr. William Dye is President and Founder of DMG. A former state budget and planning director, he has over twenty-eight years of experience assessing the management, technology, and policy needs of the public sector and meeting those objectives with proven, cutting-edge solutions. Mr. Dye has worked with over 100 state, federal, and local government agencies to help improve their business and technology directions. As President, he ensures that our work meets and exceeds our clients’ goals and industry standards.

Mr. Dye is involved in project details, often presenting findings and recommendations to senior agency management or policy makers. A recognized expert in his field, he frequently speaks at AASHTO and TRB conferences on such topics as the use of ERP systems and asset management systems in state departments of transportation. Mr. Dye graduated from the University of Missouri, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Master’s Degree in Public Administration.

Ronald L. Frazier – Vice President

Mr. Ronald Frazier is Vice President of DMG. He has twenty years of experience delivering IT solutions to state and local governments. This experience includes multiple departments of transportation engagements spanning program delivery, maintenance management, finance, and administration. He is known for successfully driving change and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Mr. Frazier's IT background, paired with his finance-focused graduate degree, provides him with both strong technical competency and overall business acumen. For DMG, he is responsible for directing IT and business improvement projects. Mr. Frazier holds an M.B.A in Finance and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. As part of his commitment to providing our clients with state-of-the-art approaches and concepts, Mr. Frazier is a Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
