Corporate Headquarters – Bellevue, WA

DMG’s corporate headquarters is located in the City Center Building in Bellevue, Washington.

Just four miles east of Seattle across Lake Washington, Bellevue has transformed itself from a suburban community into the second largest employment center in King County. Overlooking picturesque Meydenbauer Bay, Bellevue is both a regional employment center and a transportation hub. Major bridges, roadways, and transit connect Bellevue to Seattle and to all parts of the region. For team members who enjoy commuting to our offices via bus, the primary transit center in downtown Bellevue is just a few steps from our building.

Downtown Bellevue hosts a variety of cultural and entertainment venues, such as the Meydenbauer Convention Center, Bellevue Art Museum, numerous restaurants and shopping venues, including the Bellevue Collection – shopping at more than 250 stores, nineteen fine dining restaurants, and two four-diamond hotels.

For those concerned with the rainy reputation of the Pacific Northwest, the reality is that the Seattle area receives an unremarkable thirty-eight inches of precipitation a year – far less than New York City, Atlanta, and even Houston. Better still, our weather is tempered by the calm seas of the Pacific, with average annual temperatures reaching only down to the mid-upper 30s on the coldest winter nights and just up to the upper 80s on the hottest August days.

Seattle’s mild climate is perfect for our many outdoor recreation choices including walking, bicycling, hiking, and swimming, among others. In town, many people walk around Green Lake, through the forest and along the bluffs and beaches of Discovery Park, along the shores of Myrtle Edwards Park, or along Alki Beach in West Seattle. Also popular are hikes and skiing in the nearby Cascade or Olympic Mountains and kayaking and sailing in the waters of Puget Sound.

Field-Based

While most DMG team members work at our Bellevue or Raleigh offices, many more contribute to our team remotely from the field in their own home offices. These remote employment opportunities help DMG to work with the very best, and help to reduce the time, costs, and stress of commuting or relocating for our people.

Our field-based team members are fully provided with computing equipment and reimbursement for standard business and office supplies.

When not on site, DMG utilizes collaborative tools to help maximize the efficiency and productivity of all employees, local and remote, including GoToMeeting, SharePoint, and IM. We also hold regular monthly staff meetings to ensure business information is shared effectively across the organization and that all our team members are up to speed and have everything they need to deliver the very best.
